Long stay winter Apartment

LONG-TERM HOUSING APARTMENTS

During the winter season (approximately between 1 November and 1
April), we provide a limited number of apartments for
long-term accommodation at a greatly reduced price. To qualify as
long-term residents the stay must be at least a month.
All the rules stated in the rental policy also applies for long-term residents, although with the following exceptions:

Electricity
Rental cost for long-term accommodation is exclusive of electricity. We check the meter on the day of arrival and departure and will charge € 0,20 / kWh, so please do not waste the electricity, which is quite expensive in Spain.

Sheets and towels
For long stays, the hotel does not change bed sheets and
towels each week. We provide two complete sets of
towels and sheets so that you can wash them when needed. All
apartments have a washing machine and there are washing lines on the roof where
you can dry your laundry. We expect that you change and wash
linens at least every other week to have a fresh and pleasant
environment inside the apartment.

Garage
The normal fee for use of parking is 10 € / night. For
long stays maximized cost to € 150 per month.
