Long stay winter

During the winter season (approximately between 1 November and 1 April) the hotel provides long-term accommodation at a greatly reduced price.

To qualify as long-term residents the stay need to be at least a month.

For natural reasons long-term guests will settle in and be more familiar, and the prices are on self-cost level. Therefore it is not the same hotel service as normally provided, but the room is cleaned once a week, then you also get new sheets and towels from us.

It is nice to stay a longer while when you have the time to get to know other long-term residents. Perhaps during breakfast or on the roof terrace. We usually have a really nice mixture of long-term guests staying with us.

Nerja has Europe's best climate winter time and we usually have spring or early summer weather during the winter.

We also have pre-arranged winter trips lasting from two up to ten weeks from Sweden. For those who want to try a winter stay here and find it convenient to have travel guarantees, flights, transfers and breakfast buffet all in the same price this is a perfect solution. Since these trips are organized by travel agents you can also choose cancellation insurance and travel insurance.
