RESERVATIONS
Primarily use our safe and encrypted online booking here on the home page. You will then be transferred to your bank to pay the reservation fee of 25% charged for validation of the reservation. Easy, quick and safe.
Alternatively the reservation fee can be paid by bank transfer. You then have to make the booking via email or telephone. Other people can use the online booking in the mean time.
Payment is then made to Nerja Adventures bank account in the Spanish bank Unicaja:

If you choose to pay by bank deposit, the booking is considered valid for seven days after the reservation is made. Within this period reservation fee must be received in Nerja Adventures bank account, otherwise the reservation is cancelled.
This option only applies to bookings made more than one month prior to arrival, otherwise you need to pay the reservation fee either by mailing us your credit card number or by telephone.
The reservation fee is considered void if later cancelled, unless a medical certificate prohibiting you from travel is produced to us at least one week before estimated arrival.
The remaining sum is paid on arrival, either with cash or credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
ACCOMMODATION
A buffet breakfast is served daily between between 9 and 10 for € 5. Please fill in the booking form outside the breakfast room before 18.00 if you want breakfast.
Check-Out time is 11:00
If the room is not left in time, the room is charged an extra day acc. to international practice.
If you need somewhere to store your luggage on the day of departure we provide space for that in the basement.
Only people living in the hotel may stay in the room during the evening / night.
It is not allowed to play loud music, to have loud behavior, or otherwise to be disturbing the other hotel guests.
At night there is silence in the rooms.
If the person after being corrected still does not comply with these rules, the hotel is entitled to reject the person immediately and without any refund of the room charge.
The hotel reserves the right to charge the additional cost of vandalism or dirtying.
All rooms have a safe for storing valuables. Key to this is provided at the reception against a deposit. The hotel is responsible only for items that are stored in the safes.
To further respect your private sphere, our personnel usually do not enter your room when you're out. Anything that you may require, as towels, soap, cups, toilet paper, etc. is available at the reception. Of course, we clean your room whenever you want and we always change your sheets regularly. You just hang out the sign with request for cleaning before 12.00 and this will be done. Cleaning and changing of sheets is normally done twice a week and then we tell you in advance.
RESPONABILITIES
Nerja Adventures does not accept responsibility for problems hindering the use of the rented room, such as strikes, force major, bad weather or likely out of our control.The person(s) renting the room is fully responsible for accidents during their stay. All residents or visitors are therefore strongly advised to take great care when handling electronic equipment, moving on wet floors that become slippery or when bathing in the pool etc. All personal belongings are also kept in the room on your own risk, unless kept in the safe. All persons are therefore advised to have a fully comprehensive insurance covering all possible accidents during their stay including loss or theft of personal belongings, as these matters are not always covered by any other insurance.
